At Black Sheep Wools, we want you to be delighted with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes a color or texture isn't quite right. You can return any unused items in their original condition within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Check Your Items
Ensure your yarn, needles, or patterns are in their original packaging, unused, and that yarn balls still have their bands intact.
Complete the Form
Fill out the returns form included in your original delivery, specifying whether you would like a refund or an exchange for a different shade or product.
Package and Post
Securely package your items and send them back to our Craft Barn warehouse using a tracked postal service to ensure safe arrival.
Processing Your Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
